Experienced customer support professionals are required for an immediate full-time permanent position in the Customer Success and Operations department.
The successful candidate will provide voice support and resolve interacting with Service Desk to ensure excellence in global service delivery.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative in Tech Mahindra, You Will: Professionally and efficiently handle international customer calls (inbound calls only).
Deliver the correct details concerning the company’s products and/or services and available solutions. Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot them.
Keep the Services Quality Standards High and Meet Your KPIs.
Keep customer and contact information in the company’s CRM system. Adhere to the company’s policies. Provide outstanding customer support in every communication.

Necessary skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications for the job:
Required: Outstanding ability to communicate in English
A minimum of six month of working experience in an International Voice Process ( only inbound calling is acceptable; no AR calling; no healthcare )
Should be willing to work night shifts
Prepared to work during weird hours and have flexible days off
Must be available to come for Work from Office
We welcome Immediate joiners
Not Qualified: AR Callers Experience only in the Healthcare BPO
Profiles with only outbound calling experience
