Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter (Freshers) who are eager to build a career in the US IT Staffing and Recruitment industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong communicators, quick learners, and willing to work in the US night shift environment. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be trained to market IT consultants on the bench to US-based clients and vendors, manage end-to-end submission processes, and support placements across multiple technologies.

This position offers hands-on exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent learning opportunities, and a clear growth path into senior bench sales and account management roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the US IT staffing, bench sales, and recruitment process.

  • Market bench consultants with different visa statuses such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC to US clients and implementation partners.

  • Identify open requirements from job portals, vendor emails, and direct client postings and submit suitable consultant profiles.

  • Work extensively on job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to source requirements and vendor contacts.

  • Coordinate closely with internal recruiters and technical teams to understand consultant skills, experience, and project suitability.

  • Maintain daily records of submissions, follow-ups, interview schedules, and feedback using Excel or CRM tools.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with US vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.

  • Perform regular follow-ups with vendors regarding submission status, interview updates, and feedback.

  • Assist in negotiating pay rates, contract terms, and onboarding timelines under senior team guidance.

  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation completeness, and compliance with internal policies and US staffing standards.

  • Meet daily and weekly targets related to submissions, interviews, and placements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).

  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Basic understanding or interest in US IT technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc. (training will be provided).

  • Willingness to work in US Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM).

  • Strong follow-up skills with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email handling, and online job portals.

  • Self-motivated, quick learner, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred / Good to Have

  • Basic knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

  • Exposure to US recruitment, staffing, or sales through internship or trainee roles.

  • Familiarity with job portals and vendor management processes.
