We are looking for you as a Customer Support Executive for International Voice and Non-Voice Processes assigned at Wipro at Gopanpally, Hyderabad. An exciting role for a customer service enthusiast willing to work in a vibrant international setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding operational support by receiving calls and emails from international customers and interacting through phone calls and chatting, if needed. Handle customer queries related to products, services, and orders accurately and professionally. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases where necessary. Ensure maintenance and updation of customer interaction details in the CRM with 100% accuracy. Achieve operational performance targets set with respect to AHT, Customer Resolution Rate, and First Call Resolution.
Follow service standards and best practices for a positive customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2years’experiencein International BPO or related Customer Service role.
Good communication in English to proficiency ,both verbal & written
Thoroughknowledgeincustomer-serviceprinciples,problemsolving&servicesetiquette
Rotational shifts including night shifts(US shift)
Proven track record of providing outstanding customer seller support
