Wipro is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Freshers at its Hyderabad location. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and intermediate candidates who possess strong English communication skills and are open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work from office and should meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
Job Role: Fresher – Quality Analysis / Auditing Support
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic quality analysis and auditing tasks as per defined guidelines
Review, analyze, and document quality metrics accurately
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and processes
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Maintain attention to detail while handling process documentation
Adhere to organizational policies, timelines, and work ethics
Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes

Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of quality analysis, auditing, or compliance

Educational Qualification:
Intermediate (12th pass)
Graduates (Any discipline except the exclusions listed below)
Candidates must possess all mandatory documents, including:
Provisional Certificate (PC)
Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
Not Eligible:
Candidates currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation
B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA candidates are NOT eligible
Candidates without complete educational documentation
