Ability to interact and develop the network and get the best resources for any given requirements
Should be able to communicate shortlist the candidates given from the requirement
Responsible for candidate follow up and status update on the candidate regular basis
Responsible for End to End Recruitment
Should be good at headhunting and sourcing the profiles through Linkedin and other social media
Strong knowledge of job portals
