Takes appopriate action on investigated trasncation based on established standed operation produce and tools
Documents their actions by provideing annotations
communicates with Extrnal customers via phone or email while investigation
Communicates with internal customers and peers in person via phone during investigation process
communicate with internal and external stakeholders
