As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining Shaadi.com’s premium services, and helping them choose the right subscription plans. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets in a professional and ethical manner.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who already have at least 6 months of experience in Tele-Sales, Collections, Renewals, or Upselling roles. Telugu-speaking candidates with prior tele-sales exposure are highly preferred, as the role requires handling customers who are more comfortable communicating in Telugu. We encourage HSC pass candidates and fresh graduates, including the 2025 batch, to apply, provided they have the required sales experience and good communication skills.

As part of this role, your daily responsibilities will include calling customers, explaining product features, addressing queries, convincing customers to upgrade or renew their membership, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of interactions, follow standard call quality guidelines, and contribute towards achieving both individual and team targets. A stable employment history will be considered an added advantage.
This role offers a competitive in-hand salary between ₹16,000 and ₹20,000, based on experience and performance. The work timing is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, making it a regular day-shift role suitable for candidates who prefer fixed daytime working hours. Employees will receive one rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday, ensuring a good work-life balance while still aligning with business requirements. The recruitment drive is being conducted in Hyderabad from 5th January to 8th January, and there are 15 open positions available, so interested candidates are encouraged to apply early.
