Walk-in interviews for the post of Content Review & Risk Operations Specialist will be welcome on January 5th and 6th between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our office premise located ISB Road, Manikonda Village, SEZ, Nanakram Guda, Madhava Reddy. We would require proactive responsible emotionally resilient graduates with English communication skills ready to take up a challenge in content professionalism.
This position shall responsibly review sensitive online content in risk identification assistance to the fraud detection process and platform safety. The individual must be of mature disposition who can work under pressure able to view difficult or disturbing material while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.

Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written plus an upbeat positive approach to work are necessary for success in this job. Strong emotional resilience is required because there will be exposure to content that can be disturbing or inappropriate. Maintaining a calm, professional, unbiased approach in such situations is very important. A graduate degree is compulsory for this job.
A Content Review & Risk Operations Specialist will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to identify material which may be graphic, abusive, explicit, violent, hateful, illegal or in any other way inappropriate. This material falls into the categories of adult content, sexual or abusive material, hate speech or derogatory comments and acts of violence as well as tragic events or illegal activities. This role will assess and take corrective actions based on and in line with established guidelines towards maintaining a safe as well as respectful online environment.
Also, help with checking for tricks and watching risks. Look at deals, spot odd actions with tools for finding tricks, and study cases marked for possible danger. Check each case well to find the level of risk and make sure all steps match company rules and law needs. This will play a big role in building a safer online world for users and partners.
Also contribute to the formulation of strategies on fraud prevention, maintain detailed reports, and work very closely with cross-functional teams in enhancing processes and the general safety operations. Analytical skills, having an eye for details, judgments that are sound these are attributes that go hand in hand with success for this role.
Work Environment & Other Details
This is an onsite job; no remote, hybrid, or work-from-home options are available. Transport will be provided for employee safety and convenience. This job has a five-day work week with two rotational days off.
