TipTop Groups looking for candidates with a Degree/Diploma in any field with good communication skills, understanding and speaking skills, ready to join immediately, DAY/Night Shift
Answer incoming calls, making outbound calls, and respond to customers queries in a timely manner,
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with the active listing
Identify, obtain, and clarity customers,
Information by answering telephone calls,
Establishing a dialogue with the customers and respond to the customer's queries in a timely manner,
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call,
Center database in a comprehensible way
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Meet personal/ team Qualitative and Quantitative targets
